1. Scope and commitment
Revenue With AI Inc. ("we," "us," "our") protects personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable Ontario privacy standards. This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through revenuewithai.pro, enrolment and contact processes, in-person and online blueprint studio training delivery, alumni communications, and related correspondence.
It does not apply to third-party websites linked from our pages. We encourage you to review their privacy practices separately before providing personal information.
By using our website, submitting a contact form, or enrolling in a course, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy. Where consent is required under PIPEDA, we obtain it through explicit checkboxes and clear notices — never through pre-checked boxes on contact or registration forms.
2. Accountability
We designate privacy accountability within Revenue With AI Inc. Questions, complaints, and access requests should be directed to our privacy contact at [email protected] or by mail to 40 Elgin Street, Suite 1100, Ottawa, ON K1P 5C1, Canada. We respond to verified requests within thirty days unless PIPEDA permits an extension with notice.
If you remain unsatisfied after our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at www.priv.gc.ca or 1-800-282-1376.
3. Information we collect
3.1 Information you provide directly
When you contact us, register for a blueprint studio cohort, or purchase self-paced modules, we may collect: full name; email address; telephone number; mailing address; employer or business name (optional); programme and plate selections; payment-related information processed by our payment provider (we do not store full credit card numbers); messages and correspondence; and PIPEDA consent records including date and method of consent.
3.2 Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, we may automatically collect: IP address; browser type and version; device type; operating system; referring URL; pages viewed and time spent; and cookie identifiers as described in our Cookie Policy. Essential cookies support site functionality. Analytics cookies are used only with your consent.
3.3 Training and studio data
During courses, we may collect assignment submissions, participation records, studio practicum feedback, and capstone portfolio materials you choose to share for instructor review. These materials may contain business or client-related content that you submit voluntarily. We treat such content as confidential within the training context and do not use it for unrelated marketing without separate permission.
4. Purposes of collection and use
We collect and use personal information only for purposes that a reasonable person would consider appropriate. Primary purposes include:
- Responding to enquiries about blueprint courses and studio intake
- Processing enrolments, payments, and cohort administration
- Delivering vocational AI income skills training and issuing participation certificates
- Sending course schedules, blueprint plates, and service-related notices
- Improving our website, architected course map, and user experience
- Complying with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations in Canada
- Protecting against fraud, abuse, and security incidents
We do not sell personal information. We do not use your data for unrelated marketing without separate consent under Canada's anti-spam legislation (CASL).
5. Legal basis and consent
Under PIPEDA, we rely on your knowledge and consent for the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information, except where the law permits collection without consent. Express consent is required for sensitive uses and for non-essential cookies. Contact forms use unchecked PIPEDA consent checkboxes — never pre-selected. You may withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice.
6. Disclosure to third parties
We may disclose personal information to payment processors, email and communication platforms, cloud hosting providers, and professional advisers bound by confidentiality. Government authorities receive information only when required by law or valid legal process. Third-party service providers may process data outside Canada; we require contractual protections consistent with PIPEDA's accountability principle.
7. Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfil collection purposes, unless a longer period is required by law:
- Contact form submissions: twenty-four months from last interaction
- Enrolment and payment records: seven years for tax and accounting compliance
- Course participation records: five years after programme completion
- Cookie consent preferences: six months (renewable upon expiry)
- Analytics data: twenty-six months maximum when analytics cookies are accepted
When retention periods expire, we securely delete or anonymise personal information.
8. Security safeguards
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold: access controls limited to authorised personnel, encrypted connections (HTTPS) for website traffic, secure password policies for internal systems, and vendor security assessments for subprocessors handling personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure — notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
9. Your rights under PIPEDA
Subject to limited exceptions, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information, withdraw consent for non-essential processing, and challenge our compliance with PIPEDA. Email our privacy office with sufficient detail to verify your identity.
10. Children and minors
Our courses are designed for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under eighteen without parental consent. Contact us to request deletion if you believe we have collected information from a minor.
Parents or guardians who discover that a minor has submitted data through our website should contact [email protected] promptly. We will verify the request and delete applicable records unless retention is required by law.
11. Marketing and communications
We may send service-related emails about cohort schedules, blueprint plate releases, and enrolment confirmations without separate marketing consent because they are necessary to deliver the service you requested. Promotional emails about new programmes are sent only where permitted under CASL — typically with express consent or implied consent from an existing enrolment relationship within the statutory limits.
You may unsubscribe from promotional messages at any time using the link in the email or by contacting [email protected]. Unsubscribing from marketing does not affect essential service communications while you remain enrolled.
12. Cross-border transfers
Some subprocessors may store or process personal information in the United States or other jurisdictions. When information crosses borders, we require contractual clauses and security standards consistent with PIPEDA. A list of major subprocessors and processing locations is available on request.
12. Breach notification
If a breach of security safeguards creates a real risk of significant harm, we will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada as required by law, describing the nature of the breach, information involved, remedial steps, and recommended actions.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date indicates the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on this page. Where changes materially affect how we use personal information already collected, we will provide additional notice — for example by email to enrolled studio participants or a prominent banner on our website — and obtain fresh consent where PIPEDA requires it.
We maintain internal records of policy versions and subprocessors. You may request information about prior versions or current data processors by contacting our privacy office with verified identity.
Our privacy office responds to access and correction requests within thirty days unless an extension is permitted under PIPEDA, in which case we will notify you of the reason and expected completion date.
